Grant Duffort joins Ardencom

As part of Ardencom's on-going expansion plans, the telecoms company is hiring new engineering expertise into the business at its Coventry based Admin and Technical Centre.

Grant Duffort has a fourteen-year BT background where he started as an apprentice. After taking a South American sabbatical, he moved to Mitel where he worked in PABX Maintenance in their busy City of London Team.  After eight years with Mitel, Grant joined Calyx where he worked on the maintenance of PABX's and applications such as call centres and system installations.

Grant recently joined the Ardencom team as Installation and support Engineer. His duties include the installation and support of Mitel Voice customers, broadband and ADSL users, fault finding, some 24/7 callout duties and installing new phone systems as and when required.

Grant is married with two children and enjoys photography, karate and riding his Harley Davidson in his spare time.
