As a result we operate a unique client service process where we allocate two dedicated Account Managers specifically to you. One is office based and the other field based. This ensures that you have a central point of contact at all times.  It helps us to really get to know you and your organisation's modus operandi, working side-by-side to make sure that your business communications run smoothly.

The benefit of regular face-to-face visits is that we are on top of your on going requirements and can tailor our provision to your exact needs. This is a very unusual situation in the telecoms industry but it's how we keep our clients happy and make sure that we provide the best possible service. 



Engineering is responsible for technical design, project management and progressive development of entire converged networks for global solutions.


Sales Account Mangers

Based in our Pall Mall Head Office, our Sales Account Managers are thoroughly knowledgeable in the industry and work with the back up of our experienced Pre-Sales Manager.



We have multiple credentials across the industry including high-level qualifications with Mitel, AVAYA, Splicecom, Cisco and RIM.
